Nutrition services and medical care

Nutrition Built Strength may provide nutrition consulting and, where applicable, services from qualified Registered Dietitians and other properly credentialed professionals. Website content and an application alone do not create a clinician-client relationship, diagnose a condition or replace individualized medical care.

NBS is not emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Continue to work with your physician and other qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, medications, diagnoses and treatment decisions. Tell your NBS professional about material health changes relevant to nutrition support.

No promise of a specific result

Member stories, progress photos, measurements and testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of your outcome. Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including starting point, health status, clinical factors, consistency, implementation, changing needs and circumstances outside NBS’s control.

We do not claim that NBS will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, or that a particular food plan, supplement, service or recommendation will produce a particular weight, health or medical outcome.

Applications, appointments and services

Submitting an application is a request for a conversation, not a guarantee of acceptance, service availability, insurance coverage, HSA/FSA eligibility or a specific appointment. We may decide whether NBS is an appropriate fit and may refer you elsewhere when that is more appropriate.

Any fees, cancellation terms, scope of services and client responsibilities will be provided separately before paid services begin. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls for those services.

Messages

When you provide consent, you agree that NBS may send application, scheduling and appointment-related communications to the contact information you provide. Optional marketing communications require separate consent. You are responsible for providing current contact information and for protecting access to your email and phone.

Website content and trademark

The website’s text, design, graphics, photographs, video, materials and the Nutrition Built Strength^® name and marks are owned by or used with permission by NBS and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, publish or exploit website materials without written permission, except as law permits.

Third-party services

This website may link to or use third-party platforms for scheduling, video meetings, client experience or social media. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. NBS is not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.

Disclaimer and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or disclaimed.
