What we collect

• Service and scheduling information: appointments, communications, service history and information needed to coordinate your care or membership.
• Technical information: device, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, referral source and similar usage information. We do not use free-text application answers for advertising targeting.

How we use it

We use information to respond to you, assess whether NBS is a fit, schedule and provide services, communicate about your inquiry or membership, support safety and quality, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve our website and operations.

Health-information note

Not every NBS service or platform is necessarily subject to HIPAA. We do not describe the website as “HIPAA compliant” or make a broader privacy promise than our actual practices support. We treat health-related information as sensitive and limit its collection, use and sharing as described here.
